The company was established in Norway in 1879 by Ole Gabriel Kverneland, launching their first tractor plough in 1928, followed by buckrakes, hay forks, stone forks and harrows they grew from strength to strength and have developed into one of the most respected agricultural machinery producers in the world.

Among the most widely use and respected of Kverneland products are their reversible ploughs, power harrows and cultivators.
